2007 USP Badminton Cup
TOURNAMENT LOGO & SHIRT DESIGN COMPETITION
The United Suppliers of the Philippines (USP), together with the Architects Badminton Federation (ABF) are inviting Architects to join and participate in the Tournament Logo & T-shirt Design Competition for the upcoming 4th Installment of the USP Badminton Cup this March 10, 2007. Official name of the tournament is 2007 USP Badminton Cup.
Design Guidelines are as follows:
1. GENERAL: Separate entries shall be submitted for the LOGO & the T-shirt design An entrant may choose to participate in either the Logo or T-shirt Design competition, or the same entrant may elect to submit entries for both the Logo and the T-shirt Design competition. Each design entry shall be done or printed on A4 size bond paper. All A4 entry must be unidentified. All entries shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and submitted to the secretariat or any ABF Director, on or before 10:00pm of Wednesday, 15 February 2007.
2. PRIZES P 2,000.00 for LOGO Design P 2,000.00 for T-Shirt Design
3. TOURNAMENT LOGO Logo Design must be able to embody the spirit of the Tournament Name and the sport of badminton There are no limitations or restrictions on the color schemes to be used, but actual printing and cost considerations must be anticipated. Winning Logo of the contest will be permanently used for all upcoming USP Badminton Cups. Logo contest will be only be held once.
4. T-SHIRT DESIGN The T-shirt design shall be limited to the use of 2 to 3 colors only. Please note that final T-Shirt colors shall be representative of the corporate colors of each company comprising the USP. T-shirt design may be collarless, or with collar. T-shirt design must show the proposed location of the Tournament LOGO, Team Company Logo & ABF Logo.

6. JUDGING: All entries submitted before the cut-off date shall collected by the secretariat and shall be properly turned over by the ABF president to the USP representatives after 10:00pm of Wednesday, 15 February 2007, for judging purposes. The winning entry will be decided upon by USP on Saturday, 17 February 2007. The winning entry and all other design entries shall be announced and posted at the ABF website.
7. OWNERSHIP OF DESIGN: the winning design entries shall become the property of the ABF, and ABF reserves the right to use the same for any other purpose they deem necessary.
